Vitamin B3: Vitamin B3 is commonly referred to as niacin. Niacin, just like thiamine and riboflavin, helps turn food into energy. It also helps with the development of cells. There are many food sources that contain B3. Some include poultry, beef, pork, and fish.

Vitamin B5:Another one of the essential vitamins is vitamin B5. Vitamin B5 is also known as pantothenic acid. Pantothenic acid aids the body in many different ways like breaking down fats and normalizing blood sugar levels. You can get this vitamin from beef, seafood, poultry, and many more foods.

Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 helps over 100 enzyme reactions in metabolism. It is naturally in many foods such as poultry, fish, potatoes, and fruits other than citrus.

Vitamin B7: Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, can help turn carbohydrates, fats, and proteins from the food you eat into energy. There are many foods that contain biotin. These include meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables such as sweet potatoes, spinach, and broccoli.
